I have stayed repeatedly at this hotel, I always come back every year when visiting friends and family. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and kind. Sebastián Ibáñez at front desk is one of the reasons I come back. Always manages to solve problems, always answers mails and calls, always gets a good outcome. Other staff members like Gustavo and Damián are no short when it comes to kindness and cooperation.Show More
