The photographs of this place are deceiving. If I was traveling alone probably no problem, but since this was a family trip I was focusing on choosing the best place and quality for my parents. If I was traveling alone probably no problem, but since this was a family trip I was focusing on choosing the best place and quality for my parents. Looking at the photographs of the place and because of the price, I thought the apartment was in a different building. I used hotels.com for other places during my trip and in every place, the photographs show you something very close to what you would expect for the price. My wife, son, and parents wanted me to get something else because they were not comfortable. I ended up reserving another room in another hotel (for half the price of this one and twice the quality, although far away). I called the owners to see if they could offer me some kind of reimbursement (even if it was not for the two nights I reserved ) and explained I thought the photographs were deceiving, but they declined to do that saying hotels.com charges them a big commission and that the no cancelation policy prevented them from doing that. Hotels.com, on the contrary, said the owners of the hotels could offer me some kind of discount/offer. Although they did offer to change the site, they couldnt do it for that night and not without the prior authorization of "the manager" which never called or contacted me to make some kind of offer. Hotels.com didn´t make an offer and wasn´t helpful at all on how to solve the problem. Photoshopped images, hotels.com fail to protect me and lost my trust.Show More

The property is absolutely garbage, I would suggest everyone trying to stay at this property to save their money because its a scam. The pictures are very deceiving. There is no manager or staff actua...The property is absolutely garbage, I would suggest everyone trying to stay at this property to save their money because its a scam. The pictures are very deceiving. There is no manager or staff actually present with you at this site and the location is very gross. Wi-Fi was not provided even though it was included in the package. Proper water supply is also not provided because it seems as if tap water closes down if someone in another suite starts using their bathroom. We could not even wash our faces. The beds smell even after the sheets were changed. I WOULD HIGHLY suggest everyone to NOT stay at this place because you will regret it even for one night. The location is in China town and the surround is very untidy.Show More
