property was nice how ever the door issues made our trip a mess...checking in was difficult, was told one thing on the phone before we left and then when we got to the property it was not ready, code ...property was nice how ever the door issues made our trip a mess...checking in was difficult, was told one thing on the phone before we left and then when we got to the property it was not ready, code didn't work to get in, called and called and was continuously hung up on finally got someone they gave me an emergency code which worked one time, guy came out 2 days in a row and couldn't get the door issue fixed so we where forced to leave someone there the entire time lost lots of extra time and money, called to speak to a supervisor and to date have not been contacted. This needs to be addressedShow More

House was spacious and nice but not as clean as it should had been. Sofa had many large stains and so did dinning chairs. Pits were a bit dirty too.
