We stayed one night in this hotel before returning home, it is very well located, close to Atocha so it´s a very good option if you want to walk to/from the Atocha Terminal for transportation. Also it´s close to other atractions as the Reina Sofia museum, and around 20m walking to Plaza callao and those touristic places. The breakfast was very good, the hotel is very acommodating, the bar was nice and the bartender was very attentive. Room was nice, bed was super comfy, and loved the bathroom amenities. Special mention to Alba at the Front Desk who was very informative and kind with us. Great service! Ah! There is another AC hotel close to them called ´´AC Atocha ´´which in under construction, so be keep this is mind to make sure you arrive to the right hotel.Show More

We are Bonvoy Members so we chose this hotel. The location is fine but there are few restaurants around the hotel. Our room was nice but the shower was way to small. We had a guest shower that size in our home and ripped it out. For you ladies who do not want to wash your hair everytime you shower, this would be a problem. The TV offerings in English were better than most of the other AC Hotels we visited on our trip to Spain. If you have a lot of luggage, it is a problem because there are no carts for you to use or for a bell person to use. The elevators are tiny.Show More

Location is near train station , thought we came in by air and found the Airport Express bus 203 the best way to get to hotel one way is 5 Euros each person pay on bus cash or...We stay three nights . Location is near train station , thought we came in by air and found the Airport Express bus 203 the best way to get to hotel one way is 5 Euros each person pay on bus cash or credit , so we used it both way- the train to airport reguired a change at another on train station . The area the hotel is near , great for walking and museum is close with free Sunday 12:30 pm entry for 2 hours . There is no free breakfast if Marriott member just 10.00 a day food .. which was not very good.. best to eat outside the hotelShow More
