The location is the best as it is centrally located to everything. The valet was convenient and the atmosphere was up to par with the right amount of high class and affordability. The valet was convenient and the atmosphere was up to par with the right amount of high class and affordability. The room was huge as we got the king and the value was the best bang for your buck. It was very clean and I couldn’t hear anything at all from the other rooms nor the traffic outside. Noble was our front desk professional representative and he was of the best personnel we’ve deal with in the hospitality industry. We got blessed given our Leavenworth trip didn’t go so well since the time we went, a bad wind store changed our plans and delayed a lot of the Christmas plans for many travelers. We had to go back to the Alexis early and was able to stay in the same room during the whole stay after rebooking an earlier stay which was only great once coming in contact with Noble. Would stay again.Show More

No othe...The location is a plus. Near Pike Market. The rooms are dark and the light controls are not smart. Also, a lamp above the coffee maker needed to be unplugged when you are making coffee. No other socket to put it on. The sole restaurant closes at 10 but the kitchen closes earlier. We arrived from the airport past 9 and no meal could be had. Huhu. We starved because other than bars, other places are closed as well. Breakfast was okay but not part of the room rate. The staff are acceptable but not very receptive. Somewhat aloof. When asked, capable. The rooms are big and clean. The bed and linen is good for sleep. The toilet big and clean. These last three comments and the location are the source of the 3 rating, otherwise not an acceptable place to stay in for the cost.Show More

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable — everything you’d hope for in a premium downtown stay. But what really made this visit stand out was the incredible hospitality from the staff, especially the manager, Brandon. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Brandon’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made a huge difference — it’s rare to find that level of service anywhere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle. The location is ideal for exploring Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and great restaurants, but the real reason to stay here is the outstanding team led by Brandon. I needed a getaway to relax and this hotel delivered. I slept so well, the bed was very comfortable and the room quite spacious. I loved the blackout curtains and all the moody lighting. The staff helped with directions, restaurant recommendations, and made our trip super pleasant. Big shoutout to Scott, the other valet folks, and the concierge team. Location was perfect!Show More
