This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my years of traveling. We had five rooms reserved and two hours before we were to arrive, We got a call from the manager stating they were havi...This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my years of traveling. We had five rooms reserved and two hours before we were to arrive, We got a call from the manager stating they were having plumbing problems and they needed to cancel our rooms. We arrived at the hotel asking if there were any rooms available, they said yes we just had five cancellations. I then informed them that I was the reservation and I wanted those rooms. They tried to tell me the rooms were now tripled in price and would be over $600 when they were originally $220. They did offer us rooms at the Knights Inn, which a few of our party went and looked at, they were horrible, filled with bedbugs And not anything I would ever consider staying at. They had people using electric skillet, coming out and dumping the grease on the sidewalks and the neighborhood looked very unsafe. Two of my party paid the extra money to have a place to stay, the next morning while walking through to the elevator one of the rooms I reserved was open, house keeping just cleaned it. I went in to the room and took a video and imagine that there was ZERO water damage I very STRONGLY suggest NEVER using this facility for your out of town needsShow More

My sheet had pen scribbles on it. I had no bathroom mat for the floor, only 2 towels for the whole weekend. My remote had a huge burnt spot on it. My pillows still had hair on them. The amount i paid, the pictures online didnt look like the actual hotel room. I was pretty disappointed in my room, especially foe my first time ever being in Wisconsin. I told the girl at front desk i will not need a 2nd key, but yet they gave a person a key to my room anyways. I was not happy about that. Overall, i thought it could have been way cleanerShow More

Its location is very convenient for driving, dining, and shopping. Ample parking. The "breaker" kept shutting off the electricity in the dining room resulting in cold coffee and no waffles.
