The free airport shuttle bus, when stopping at either the hotel’s main entrance or the shopping mall bus stop, the front and middle doors opens all doors at once, causing people not to queue properly and creating a chaotic boarding situation. 2. The room’s renovation lacks maintenance; when pulling the bathroom door, the hinges make noise. 3. The room décor is outdated, and the universal power socket at the bedside constantly emits a strong blue light that affects sleep. My room had two bottles of water, but strangely my friend’s room had none — this is definitely a housekeeping issue! 4. When I asked the front desk how to get to Soyora Narita Newtown, they simply told me to take a taxi (which I already knew, so there was no need to ask!). When I asked again whether I could take a bus or train, they told me to go to Narita Terminal 2 and figure it out there! I have stayed in Japanese hotels many times, and this kind of front desk service really disappointed me. At that time, there were no other guests waiting, so was it really that difficult to explain to me in detail how to get there? 5. Only the restaurant staff’s service attitude made it feel like staying in a hotel of quality.Show More

The staff were so kind and welcoming — exactly what you need after a long flight. Check-in was quick, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was spotless, quiet, and cozy with everything we needed to relax. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the little touches like good coffee, soft robes, and a nice view from the window. Breakfast was great — so many choices, both Japanese and Western, and everything was fresh and delicious. The free airport shuttle was also a big plus, running right on schedule and making travel really easy. Overall, it was the perfect place to unwind after a long flight. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone flying in or out of Narita!Show More

The staff worked very hard to get our room ready for an early check-in after our red-eye flight, and the hotel has a very comfortable lobby in the meantime. Breakfast buffet is ample and tasty, with great coffees and a good selection of teas. They allowed us a late checkout and a comfortable waiting area before we boarded the free shuttlebus to the airport. Basbas made sure of the time we wanted to leave, and got us iced tea for our wait, even though he was extremely busy with guests checking in, as well. If you need to stay near the Narita airport, this is the place!Show More

We talked with Aerol Basbas for a bit and he is super awesome and helpful. We also met the General manager and we was also a delight! He loves his job and employees and treats them all fair no matter their race (which is huge in japan. Normally employers put their Japanese workers over the others). This hotel is great the staff are amazing, and the general manager treats everyone with respect and fair. Please support this hotel!!Show More
