I want to give special recognition to Hinano, Selena, Tawan, Chicke...I stayed at The Athenee Bangkok recently and had another wonderful experience, but the real highlight was the Executive Lounge team. I want to give special recognition to Hinano, Selena, Tawan, Chicken and Pang who were absolutely outstanding throughout my stay. They are the kind of team members who make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Hinano brings a calm and thoughtful warmth that immediately puts you at ease. Chicken & Pang are incredibly attentive and seem to anticipate what guests need before anyone even asks. And Tawan adds such genuine kindness and positive energy that the lounge feels brighter whenever he’s there. Their teamwork, professionalism, and hospitality set a standard that many hotels aspire to but rarely achieve. Thanks to them, the lounge became the perfect place to unwind, work, or simply enjoy a quiet moment. The Athenee already delivers a high level of service, but staff like Tawan, PangPang, and Chicken take it to another level. I’m grateful for their care and look forward to returning soon.Show More

It was our first time back to Thailand with our young children. The welcome amenities waiting in the beautiful room to all the interaction with the hospitable staff was magical. The staff is what makes this stay so memorable. The ladies at the lounge level were so welcoming in the morning. Dae the beautiful lounge manager helped us with our breakfast and airport transportation. The personal trainers at level 4 were accommodating and made the pool time special and fun for our little ones. They offered some pool toys and were attentive. At the rainforest cafe our server Tida was super helpful and so caring toward our older son. Noi our housekeeper was excellent and had our room looking lovely all three days. Hope to be back to the Athenee soon! This hotel is located close to the BTS. It was just 35 minutes from the airport. Down stairs was a Big C food-store, serval little local restaurants, and a Foreign currency exchange too. The doormen were super helpful in arranging for taxi ride also.Show More

Supranee from housekeeping did an amazing job keeping my room spotless and cozy throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness made me feel very well cared for. At the restaurant, Sotida made every breakfast a happy start to the day. Her warm personality, caring service, and bright smile made the delicious food even more enjoyable. The pool team was also wonderful, always kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything by the pool was comfortable and relaxing. They even remembered my preferred drinking water, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s the people who make a place truly special, and this wonderful team did exactly that.
