Ours was at the end of a hallway and we felt we had good privacy, but the ones right in front of the pool are less private. Anyone swimming can see into your room unless you have the curtains closed. The hotel is on a very quiet alley and sleep was good. The restaurant is fully vegan, including breakfast, which is 345 baht per person, rather pricey in our opinion. Cheaper options are available close by. Staff friendly but, probably through no fault of theirs, we felt we were being mistrusted as guests. They actually ran after my husband after breakfast one morning to make sure he signed the form that he had gotten the meal. Likewise when he got a pool towel, had to sign a form proving he had taken it and would return it. Like we want to steal their towels? And before we left the housekeeping had to check the room to make sure we..what? Hadn’t stolen anything or broken anything or lied about not having used the minibar? These were minor annoyances but having been in many nice hotels they were unexpected of a place that is trying hard to be fancy. Better to trust your guests than treat them like they are going to cheat you. Location is good and staff helpful at getting taxis etc.Show More

You can also request for anything for the room via their app - room service/ to replenish room amenities. Response time is quick and the app allows them to translate languages for easier understanding. Value for money: Highly suitable for vegans and vegetarians alike. Jae (no onion / garlic) options aplenty. Morning breakfast has a selection of about 8 dishes in addition to the bread station, salad and fruit station, fruit juices and my favourite coffee options via the coffee machine. Overall, this is my choice resort to go to. I will come back here if I visit Chiang Mai again.Show More
