The hotel was very well located with easy access to various parts of the city. The room was very clean, I had requested a room on a high floor, and this was granted (thank you). The room was very clean, I had requested a room on a high floor, and this was granted (thank you). The room was huge, it was almost like a 1 bedroom suite as the toilet and shower were separate to the sleeping/sitting area. The hotel is located in the LGBTQI area of Madrid, so it was perfect for my fiancée and I, and it granted a safe space. It is a hotel that markets for people of this community, which is wonderful to see. We didn't have breakfast, but you can take up this option. All in all, great hotel, great location, great room. I would consider this hotel again if I return to Madrid.Show More

All staff were friendly and lovely with no issues. Mini bar was well stocked. It was great October weather so every afternoon was by pool in the glorious sunshine. The hotel Is hetro friendly but most of the guest seemed to be retired Dutch & Germans so. It quite the vibe I was expecting LOL The only BAD thing about this hotel is the room door numbers, a mannequin hand that stabs you as the door closes. I’m a body builder and had huge bruises for a week so take care. 😀 I would stay here again.Show More
