This hotel and all the staff are amazing. from first arriving to leaving nothing is too much trouble. on arrival we were offered complimentary drinks whilst we waited to check in. once our rooms were...This hotel and all the staff are amazing. from first arriving to leaving nothing is too much trouble. on arrival we were offered complimentary drinks whilst we waited to check in. once our rooms were allocated our bags were taken to our rooms whilst we finished our drinks. there is a lovely calm and welcoming atmosphere to the hotel. there is plenty of choice on the breakfast menu and you can order freshly cooked omelettes', toastie, pancakes, waffles. just ask and if it can be done they will do it. we got a breakfast to go on the final day as we were being picked up early. The hotel also offers free water, soft drinks, tea, coffee, wine and prosecco and snacks/pastries 24hrs a day, and if that's not enough they also put on extra foods at certain times. all this can be enjoyed on the terrace which we definitely took advantage of. the rooms were welcoming with a free mini bar of soft drinks, water sweets, nuts and crisps. there is also tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. the beds were very comfy and huge. the bathroom had plenty of room and toiletries. located about a 20min walk to the centre of Milan and about a 15 min walk to the train station. there is also plenty of bars and restaurant's on the door step (look on the back streets). Marvyn (I hope I have remembered correctly) was the lovely man on reception. he was so helpful giving us advice, maps, help with trains and places to go. nothing was too much trouble. there was a waiter in the breakfast room (sorry I didn't get your name) that was fun and friendly. I can not praise this hotel enough. all the staff are so friendly and helpful. i really do think its one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I went back to MilanShow More

Pídeles cualquier cosa que te atenderán encantados. Al lado de recepción tienen una terraza donde tomar bebida o comida ( incluida con la estancia) donde puedes fumar. Las amenities del baño se reponen a diario, incluso gel íntimo. El conditioner es una maravilla. El tranvia 5 te deja en la puerta. Con las ventanas cerradas silencio total. Camas comodisimas y ducha con presion potente. No cogí desayuno porque realmente no como tanto por las mañanas y tenía cafés, tes, zumos y pastas y croasans incluidos 24/7. Bufete brunch ( ese no lo probamos) y de cena ( ese si con vino y prosecco) y el minibar de la habitación con reposición diaria también incluido. Cafetera nespresso con montones de capsulas, zumos, refrescos, cerveza. Que mas se puede pedir? Si está disponible para tus fechas ni lo dudes.Show More

Excelente custo benefício para todas as comodidades inclusas: garrafas de água com ou sem gás à vontade, refrigerantes, sucos, chás, cafés e outras bebidas disponíveis na recepção, assim como algumas comidinhas, máquina de café nespresso disponível no quarto e todas as bebidas no frigobar. Ganhamos também alguns doces de cortesia na chegada (macarrons). O café da manhã possui o buffet e algumas opções a la carte feitas na hora, como ovos e cafés. Excelente localização próxima do metrô ou a uns 20/25 minutos de caminhada do centro turístico. Tem uma pracinha ao lado com alguns restaurantes excelentes. O quarto não é grande, mas possui espaço na medida para duas pessoas com as malas e a cama é muito confortável. Banheiro excelente. Nosso quarto tinha uma sacada/varanda com uma vista deslumbrante para a cidade.Show More
