I was pleasantly surprised as to how this property had "cleaned up" under the new ownership. Signage and a few other issues need to still be addressed - BUT overall, I was very impressed as to their progress rejuvenating this old hotel.

Nothing, the beds were dirty the walls were gross I found bunch of random pills in the room I have a video of me checking in and it's absolutely disgusting. I think the only thing that was good was me having my cat there. It's so loud too from the traffic.

4/10 Moderately comfortable, but the cleanliness was disappointing.
Decent location; easily accessible; good, friendly, and helpful staff. Easy access to the room from the parking lot. The room was chilly when I entered, but warmed up well with the baseboard heaters.

There was no available breakfast. The hotel facilities are quiet old, but was still comfortable. I think the price for the accommodation should have been lower considering the state of the hotel.

The staff itself are fine. The hotel was easy to find. The price was very inexpensive. It was quiet and easy to fall asleep for the noise or lack of it. Even though it was close to a main road.

Convenience to my areas of interest in the city for the purpose of my trip. Dining options were a short drive or walk away. Room and bathroom was clean.

8/10 The only hotel with smoking rooms available that I have come across in years.
I was surprised that they have smoking rooms as an option. I am a light smoker. I think I smoked about two cigarettes that night. It wouldn't have made a difference had it been a non-smoking room but having the freedom of choice to light a smoke, without a penalty, when you feel like it was a huge bonus.
