まず、記載内容と全然違う。地図もでたらめだったので、到着までにウブド入ってから１時間もかかった。最終的にホテルに電話して、迎えに行くからとの事で待っていたら、まさかの徒歩でお迎え(￣▽￣;) 車もそこで停めさせられ徒歩でホテルまでホテルに入ってみると、あると記載されていたものが何もない。部屋にはテレビもインターネットも冷蔵庫もエアコンもボトルウォーターもバスアメニティも書いてあったものが...まず、記載内容と全然違う。地図もでたらめだったので、到着までにウブド入ってから１時間もかかった。最終的にホテルに電話して、迎えに行くからとの事で待っていたら、まさかの徒歩でお迎え(￣▽￣;) 車もそこで停めさせられ徒歩でホテルまでホテルに入ってみると、あると記載されていたものが何もない。部屋にはテレビもインターネットも冷蔵庫もエアコンもボトルウォーターもバスアメニティも書いてあったものが何一つない。従業員に聞いても、どうやらその子達は従業員ではないらしく、ただ頼まれたお手伝いさんだったらしく、何もわからないとの事。近場には送迎してくれるとの事だったので、聞いたがそれもない。苛立ちのあまり即座に違うホテルを予約して、そのホテルを出ました。ただのお手伝いさんだったので、私達が出る時には誰もいませんでした。最悪なホテルです。 Hotels.comも信用して、いつもそちらでホテルを選んでいるので、間違いだらけの内容を出しといて後で知らぬ存ぜぬは通用しないと思います。Show More

We stayed at Vila 1 and confirmed this with the hotel on email prior to arrival. When booking this hotel you need to read the description and make you expectations match in order not to be disappointe...We stayed at Vila 1 and confirmed this with the hotel on email prior to arrival. When booking this hotel you need to read the description and make you expectations match in order not to be disappointed. The hotel is situated in the middle of the rice fields, therefore not very central - but very beautifully located. The pool is at a different hotel about 5 minutes’ walk - as they cannot build a pool in near the rice fields, and there is only wifi at the pool not at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and accommodated all our requests. We really loved staying in a nice and quiet area just 10 minuttes walk from central Ubud.Show More
