Was very excited for this hotel and trip as a whole, called the hotel the day before and asked if I could check in early, I was given the ok to go in and drop off my luggage even if the room wasn’t re...Was very excited for this hotel and trip as a whole, called the hotel the day before and asked if I could check in early, I was given the ok to go in and drop off my luggage even if the room wasn’t ready when I arrived ( I was coming from NY ). I get to the front desk asking to check in and the staff just point at a tablet for me to sign in on, which everything is on the computer now a days. I go through the steps and it asks for my room number, I ask them how I’m supposed to know that if I’m just now checking in, they tell me I have to call wherever I booked the hotel through which was Expedia. I asked them again to clarify they couldn’t give me my room number or keys by looking up my name or phone or anything and they told me no. I’ve never heard of this before. I called Expedia and they had no idea what I was talking about and had no idea how they were supposed to have that information. I then called the hotel itself which led me to a guy who then sent me an email with my room number, WiFi and password and all of the other necessary information. Very ass backwards. I then proceed to sign in and make it up to my room and the housekeeper wasn’t done ( I was already aware she wouldn’t be, not an issue she was the only nice worker in the building) I got into the room and it was a lot smaller than the pictures made it seem, the floor was also all messed up and bulging in the middle of the walkway and I repeatedly stumbled over it. I don’t recommend and won’t be returning.Show More

First, there was no wifi network, i didn't find rhe network that was mentioned in the e-mail, my wife and my children also didn't find it The tv didn't work, probably because there was no wifi netw...First, there was no wifi network, i didn't find rhe network that was mentioned in the e-mail, my wife and my children also didn't find it The tv didn't work, probably because there was no wifi network, and even the tv didn't find the network I had to replace the pieces of wood under the bed many times because they felt down on the floor At 3h am during the night of saturday, there was a lot of people talking very loudly and they were smoking weed The patio door never close completely, we were never able to lock the patio door, there's an opening at the bottom of the door and it was there when we arrived thursday Finally, the toilet in the "bedroom's bathroom' is leaking, there was water on the bathroom's floor when we arrived thursday, the leak is behind the toillet when the water valve is opened, to avoid any further problem with the water on the floor, I put a towel and turned off the valve (when the valve is on, the toillet works correcte despite the leak). Location was phenomenal- the room itself was terrible and service lacked. - Was supposed to receive check in instructions by 3pm; didn’t receive until after 4:30pm - room was just left open with key...Location was phenomenal- the room itself was terrible and service lacked. - Was supposed to receive check in instructions by 3pm; didn’t receive until after 4:30pm - room was just left open with keys inside - room’s floor boards were popped up. Completely lifted in the area near the kitchen and hallway. They covered it with a utility mat and taped it done. The edges were so sharp that it was cutting through the mat. - cupboard door was broken off - window was boarded up with plywood - WiFi didn’t work -they asked me to reset it - they gave me a parking space that was already taken I called multiple times to 24x7 concierge- went to voice mail after I started to convey the issues in the room to them. Totally went dark. Was asked to provide credit card security deposit and photo ID via What’s App - which Expedia notes NOT to use any other platform but theirs. Show More

This is not a hotel, the bay suites is renting out apartments. This means there is no front desk to help you with any issues. Our tv was broken, i had to text maintenance for help and was left on read...This is not a hotel, the bay suites is renting out apartments. This means there is no front desk to help you with any issues. Our tv was broken, i had to text maintenance for help and was left on read. They refused to drop by the room at ahy point during my two day stay. Also, the apartment was in much rougher shape than the photos, with some furniture even being completly different than the photos (like a completly different couch). The hotel promised black out blinds, which were not available (there were only super thin curtains that did nothing to stop light), and the coffee machine was missing parts making it unusable. This place does not feel like a cozy hotel, it is a rough apartment and you are on your own if u run into issues. I dont reccomend. Feels like a scam and felt bad to be there Show More
