But the management of the hotel made a preautorization pay from my bank Account from booking, in t...I had a reservation that I was unable to make it and I canceld in the agreed terms without penalties. But the management of the hotel made a preautorization pay from my bank Account from booking, in the amount of 173 euro, and the hotel cancelled it in the same day of the cancellation on 12.09 and they send me proof of that. It is 24.09 and the amount has not reached my acount yet. I don’t know with what bank they work but it was easy for them to block the amount for preverification and autorization of the bank acount, but it seems very hard for them to give it back. Very nice policy. I have no words to describe this.Show More

No bar, no restaurant, no furnishings in the lobby, we were disappointed. It was clean, if sparse and the room was larger than some others we stayed in, but it was a long way out from the historic part of Turin, which is beautiful and where you want to spend your time. Dont be fooled. Get something in the historic center nearer to the river and you will have a much better time in this great city.Show More

It's great for accessibility, but I didn't require this and would have preferred a more normal shower. For me, the two most important things for any of my travels is the shower and the bed, so having a less pleasant shower is a 50% disappointing experience for me. The bed, however, is fantastic. And there is a nice breakfast. The location is incredibly convenient if you have work at the Politecnico di Torino. The staff are great. Show More
