Il personale assolutamente gentile e professionale, cortese e preparato. Non ho utilizzato la colazione in struttura per cui non posso dare pareri in merito. Camera piccola, ma bagno comodo e letto in ordine. Prese elettriche a disposizione in diverse posizioni della camera, cosa sempre apprezzabile se si hanno diversi dispositivi da caricare.Show More

Na recepção todos foram muito prestáveis e simpáticos. O Hotel fica num bairro onde se vê romanos, há comércio, bons restaurantes afastado do centro histórico. Tive um problema com a TV no dia do check in, manhã seguinte trocaram-me de quarto logo. Outro contratempo, no dia 28 de Setembro houve um corte de abastecimento de água ao município II de Roma durante 24h, totalmente alheio ao hotel, mas todos os que trabalham avisaram, e deram-nos água para higiene e packs de água para beber. O pequeno-almoço é bom. O hotel fica num bairro simpático onde se observa o modo de vida dos locais.Show More

We were there in November and it was bearable, but noisy with the windows open. The room was comfortable, but kind of spartan. It could have benefited by a dresser for clothing. The bathroom was small, but nicely appointed. We appreciated the shower wand. The value for the money was good, but I think that we would have chosen a different hotel had we known that the air conditioning was shut off.Show More

I would say that staff was very helpful and respectful throughout our trip. We opted to walk from the closest train stop to the hotel as it was advertised as a brisk 15 minutes. The 2BUS got us there and was much much easier after we learned of how to get on. The amenities were acceptable and fridge/mini bar were outstanding. They did my laundry; it was fantastic! Breakfast and cleaning services were by far one of the best I’ve had at a Best Western. We would stay again; save for the location of being a little far away from the tourist areas around the Pantheon and Trevi. Show More
