I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had at this property. When I checked in, the room had a strong odor and was not in acceptable condition. When I checked in, the room had a strong odor and was not in acceptable condition. I immediately went to the front desk, only to be told by the senior agent on duty that the hotel was fully booked for the night and there were no other rooms available. Because of this, I had no choice but to leave and pay out of pocket for another hotel. Later, after speaking with a reservations agent at BWH Hotels, I learned that the hotel was not fully booked at all — meaning I was completely misinformed. I contacted customer relations and then spoke with a manager named John Chao to follow up. Instead of taking accountability, he questioned whether I was actually told the hotel was fully booked, hesitated to provide the names of the staff I interacted with, and only admitted the truth after I pushed for transparency. He confirmed verbally that I would receive a full refund, but now I’m being told they will only refund 50%, despite the fact that I did not stay at the hotel. Between the misinformation from staff, the dismissive handling of the situation, and now the inconsistency around the refund, this entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are plenty of other places that don’t mislead guests or make them pay for a room they didn’t even stay in.show more

I liked the location, It's very important to have smaller hotels near the airport. the staff were nice and respectful. I didn't feel rushed. The fact it does have a shuttle was fantastic.
