We stayed at this hotel for two nights in November 2024 after spending four nights in Normandy. Room- We were based on the 4th floor in the hotel. Our room had a double bed, double sofa bed, a good ...We stayed at this hotel for two nights in November 2024 after spending four nights in Normandy. Room- We were based on the 4th floor in the hotel. Our room had a double bed, double sofa bed, a good sized TV and Bathroom and plenty of our charging points to charge our electrical items. There was two criticisms about the room- 1) the safe was not big enough to store all our items (storing a 11 inch tablet) & 2) the room was by the lift and was quite tight moving our suitcases on our Departure and Arrival Dates. Facilities- We didn’t use any of the facilities in the hotel. Location - This hotel is based in the Latin Quarter and the main tourist attractions are easily accessible by Metro and bus. If you are seeing the Moulin Rouge which we did on our stay, I would recommend catching the metro (line 5) at Campo Formio which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. It’s a direct metro ride to the venue and it also stops at the metro station for the Gare du Nord station. It takes around 15-20 minutes on the Metro. As our stay was hampered by the weather in Paris, we decided to do activities indoor. If you like shopping, I would recommend going shopping at Westfield Forum Des Halles. It’s got a good of number of shops and restaurants and is also near the Notre Dame and the River Seine. The metro stop for this attraction is Chatelet Les Halles. In terms of restaurants, I would recommend going to the Arrivedeci Restaurant which serves delicious Italian Cuisine. I recommend trying the pizzas at the restaurant- They were fabulous and you won’t be disappointed in trying the pizzas. The restaurant is a 20 minute walk from the hotel or a 10 minute bus ride (bus line 27) from Les Goblins Metro Station. Lastly, there are plenty of cafes, bars, mini supermarkets and boulangeries nearby the hotel. Overall I loved my stay in Paris and at this hotel and I would consider staying here again if I decided to visit Paris. Merci Paris. The Franklin FamilyShow More

We spent 7 days at this hotel and loved it. When you walk in, the lobby is clean and offers fresh, high quality refreshments. The staff and friendly and helpful and there is constantly someone there...We spent 7 days at this hotel and loved it. When you walk in, the lobby is clean and offers fresh, high quality refreshments. The staff and friendly and helpful and there is constantly someone there to greet you as you come "home" - giving an even safer feel. The housekeeping staff is friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful of your belongings. When you look out the windows you "feel" Paris. The neighborhood is wonderful with grocery stores, bus stops and other amenities steps away. There is a "foodie" area nearby with very affordable yet high quality fast food and also sit down restaurants. We didn't try the TV as we were out and about quite a bit, but we came back to comfortable beds, a large, quiet room with windows that open all the way and consistently hot showers in an immaculately clean bathroom. There is a bar fridge in the room (so obviously not cold enough to store perishable foods for days) and the shower is as most in Paris - meaning it doesn't close fully, but a small adjustment to showering habits (turning the shower head slightly towards the wall and standing more under the stream instead of ahead of it) makes it easy not to get water all over the floor. Clean towels and plush duvets. Front desk was more than willing to assist when I asked about public transportation and even showed me the way they use it themselves. We didn't have breakfast on site but it's available for an extra charge. We didn't use the gym amenities but the entire place appears clean and well maintained. Had minor difficulties with the booking system but after that it was smooth sailing. Highly recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.Show More

Charlotte and her team truly took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived. I was traveling with my mother, and we immediately felt at home. The hotel is intimate and has a warm, homely atmosphere, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with lovely variety from day to day, which we really appreciated. The location is also excellent, within comfortable walking distance to many of the main sights and charming neighborhoods of Paris. All in all, they have my highest recommendation. We will definitely return the next time we visit Paris.Show More
