This fe...The Front Office staffs PM Shift 31.08.2025 on duty did not greet us in a welcoming manner. Instead, we were met with a casual "How’s it going, whatever" when we attempted to engage with them. This felt unprofessional and contrary to the polite and courteous greetings we extended to them. It was particularly concerning as we observed the same staff members engaging with other guests in a more friendly manner, while also spending time on their mobile phones during their shift. Additionally, there was an error in the room allocation. Despite informing the team that we had booked a room for 1 superior and 1 executive guest, we were instead assigned 1 deluxe and 1 superior room. This issue was handled poorly, as the staff did not acknowledge the mistake or offer any immediate solution. We felt that our concerns were ignored, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Fortunately, Marlee, who was on the morning shift the following day, was quick to rectify the situation. She provided a late check-out, which, although not ideal, we accepted with gratitude for the effort. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a generous living area, bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe. We also commend Andy, another Front Office staff member, who was very polite, professional, and made us feel welcome when he provided us with an additional access card. The breakfast service was excellent, with a wide selection of Indonesian cuisine and a few Western options. The waitstaff worked diligently and provided outstanding service. However, we did notice that the security staff on Level 1 were inconsistent in their approach to guest courtesy. A few were attentive and polite, but others lacked the same level of service, which diminished the overall guest experience.Show More
