The guys staffing the door always made a point to wish you a lovely day or evening. The bartender was friendly without being intrusive and made good recommendations on food. And then breakfast-I was tired and cranky and Anna’s genuine smile and service brightened my day and put a smile on my face. My room was very comfortable and clean, but it’s the customer service I would come back for. Didn’t feel like a chain hotel experience-I’d swear that everyone here takes personal pride in making your stay pleasant, and as a frequent business traveler that is just not always the case.Show More

Every member of the staff—from the front desk team to the doormen, valet, and concierge—was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Our room was spacious and offered a lovely view out towards downtown Los Angeles. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. I also want to give a special mention to the hotel manager, Saif, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. It was a memorable experience for me, my husband, and our daughter. We’d highly recommend the Beverly Hills Marriott to anyone visiting LA!Show More
