Was here for a conference at Ohio State, the conference chose the hotel due to proximity. Hotel met every need I had. Convenient location to campus, a couple food places are close as well as memorabilia stores (it's on the periphery of campus and most food options are more located not on/near campus, trendy areas are more downtown). Liked the large bottles for shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower so you never worry about running out. Wish the tv had a guide so you could see what was on instead of having to scan all the channels but minor inconvenience. Refrigerator in room (wish it would have had a microwave to heat up leftovers, again very minor) Overall as mentioned, no problems with hotel room. Hotel has a car service to within 3 miles which is nice (did not use, but have used at other hotels) Near campus shuttles and other city bus routes Did not eat in the restaurants (we had food catered in for a dinner which was tasty), but did frequent the bar. Reasonably priced beer on tap, wished there was a little more room in the bar/dining area (only because we usually had like 10-15 people or more by the bar so it sometimes got very loud and crowded, but if it's just you or 2 people would be no problem).Show More

The front desk staff are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and you pay for the convenience of being close. If you are going to a football game, this would be THE Place to stay given the location - would plan ahead because it books early.
