The pool is the main highlight with artificial sand to simulate a beach, even with a pool area that has sand. The sun beds are designed perfectly and clearly there was some attention to detail. Staff ...The pool is the main highlight with artificial sand to simulate a beach, even with a pool area that has sand. The sun beds are designed perfectly and clearly there was some attention to detail. Staff were very proactive and friendly. The gym had excellent equipment with weights rack (but only to 20kg), nice modern multi purpose cable system and a Smith machine, plus the standard treadmill, cycling and elliptical. The hotel was sited close to the nice beach and shops. A few mini marts just immediately outside the entrance within 2 minutes in case you want to buy any snacks or forget to bring something. Breakfast options seemed to be rotated on a two day schedule. Their activity area had a cool cinema room that you can watch Netflix on, but I wonder if anybody uses it with the pool and beach nearby. They have a pool table and tennis courts for other forms of entertainment with friends. This was the first hotel I ever went to that the TV had all the channels they indicated and matched in the tv guide.Show More

The hotel boasts two amazing pools, one with a swim up bar and the other more suited to families. The rooms, whilst they are not new provide ample space. The cleaners Agus, Yudi and Gunan were lovely and did a great job, always ensuring our needs were met. Their towel decorations were a nice daily surprise. I cannot tell you how friendly all the staff is and how clean the premises are kept. A special thank you to Qhupit who always greeted us with a huge smile and a hug. He even arranged a birthday surprise for my husband. We have stayed in several hotels in Bali, but the Bluzea offers the perfect place for relaxation and an enjoyable holiday. We can't wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday wonderful.Show More

The abundance of lovely staff made the stay perfect, there was nothing they would not do to tray and accomodate any requests. Our room was 4 steps to the main pool with great swim up bar. Bottom pool was a bit quieter for kids and families and still great. Our room AC was cold, beds comfy, bathrooms cleaned every day and we welcomed our towel rolled animals and hand written note each day after room make up. Great location, close to beach, plenty of shopping and bars. Staff would arrange any transport from private cars to bikes. Breakfast and remainder of the menu was great, egg bar so you could get anything you wanted. All In all, great value for money, great location and wonderful staff. Would highly recommend.
