From start to finish, this was nothing short of a nightmare, and I am appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and cleanliness. I feel compelled to share my story so that future guests do not fall victim to this disgraceful place. Despite the advertised check-in time of 14h00, we were not contacted by the host until the day of our stay. When they finally reached out, they began demanding additional information such as ID copies that we did not have on hand. This was after we had already arrived at the property, and there was absolutely no prior communication about these requirements. To make matters worse, we were told to wait in the restaurant lobby because the cleaners had not finished. Our check-in time had already passed, and we were left waiting for hours , from 14h00 until after 18h00, in a state of confusion and frustration. The entire check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional. We had to endure over two hours of waiting in line with other guests, all while being treated poorly by the security staff at the gate. This was beyond frustrating and clearly highlighted a lack of organization on the property’s part. Upon finally checking in, we were shocked by the deplorable condition of the apartment. The entire place was grimy and clearly not cleaned properly. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the counters were sticky and unclean, and the couches smelled terrible. The patio area was filthy, with dusty furniture and dirty mats left outside. As if that wasn’t bad enough, two-thirds of the bedrooms had blinds instead of curtains, and the main bedroom had no curtains at all, leaving the entire apartment exposed to the outside. It was both uncomfortable and unsafe—there was no privacy. The kitchen was a disaster. The cutlery and dishes were mismatched, old, and filthy. It was obvious that the dishes had not been properly cleaned, and the glasseShow More
