I went Wednesday And this place is dirty the hotel the rooms the outside, but it was raining outside, so I didn’t expect people to be out there. The reward staff need to be retrained. They are very unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend nobody going there or signing up for your Rewards program. The hotel room was dirty. The people before left stuff in the room and housekeeping staff didn’t find it even though it was right in front of their faces. MGM should be appalled. At the way this casino is wrong now I know why I never went back after the first day. It was fun the first day but then I heard stories. A special highlight of our trip was dining at Old Homestead Steakhouse. The food was outstanding—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
