I came to this hotel/casino. The day opened and it was very beautiful and Full of excitement. I went Wednesday And this place is dirty the hotel the rooms the outside, but it was raining outside, so I...I came to this hotel/casino. I went Wednesday And this place is dirty the hotel the rooms the outside, but it was raining outside, so I didn’t expect people to be out there. The reward staff need to be retrained. They are very unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend nobody going there or signing up for your Rewards program. The hotel room was dirty. The people before left stuff in the room and housekeeping staff didn’t find it even though it was right in front of their faces. MGM should be appalled. At the way this casino is wrong now I know why I never went back after the first day. It was fun the first day but then I heard stories. The hotel check in is so far away from the surface parking lot that it takes 10 Minutes to get around to the hotel check-in. Check-in wasn’t so bad. The man behind the counter was FriendlyShow More

Housekeeping did an amazing job throughout our visit—they kept everything spotless and made us feel truly taken care of. Even though we didn’t have the best luck and ended up losing our money, we still had an amazing time overall. The atmosphere was fun, and the experience itself was worth it. A special highlight of our trip was dining at Old Homestead Steakhouse. The food was outstanding—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The service there was top-notch as well; the staff made the meal feel special from beginning to end. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to others.”Show More
