We were given a surprise upgrade due to the room not being ready after the check in time to the new MGM tower. Marie at reception was lovely for doing this for us. Plenty of amazing restaurants and the casino was great fun. We got an amazing view and the comfiest bed!

8/10 The slot machines could be a little bit more, diverse aimed more towards the Asian players
We liked that they accommodated us with the early check-in. We were able to stay on a lower floor being at my wife has a phobia of elevators pretty much making it a pleasant day.

5/10 Disappointing
The first room we were in smelled horrible, the sink was clogged, terrible water pressure and the thermostat was broken. Then we complained, got vouchers for our room and then couldn’t use them at many places. The people we complained to were rude and scoffed us off as if we were inconveniencing them. The second room we got was better but not great. I have stayed at the borgata plenty of times and this was the first time I had family from out of state with me and they called it a “dump.”

Room was in casino where concert was held. A portion of my breakfast was paid for due to the horrible room i received and resort fee waived.

10/10 Amazing experience!
The Borgata is the best hotel in Atlantic City. My experience during my stay was exceptional. The billing process was transparent, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The hotel felt safe and was very clean. The restaurants were top-notch, and the food was amazing. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly and provided excellent service. I look forward to returning in the future.

6/10 Nice casino but needs to make it a better experience.
Bar scene not great. Gypsy bar now closed. The two that were open closed at 1:00 AM on a Saturday night! And the bartenders were pretty rude about it. So we then went to play blackjack — could only find a couple of tables (that were $50/hand — kind of steep) but no possible room to play. Overall not a great experience, but maybe just a bad night.

2/10 Don’t waste your time and money
The room was fine. But the casino was NOT what it used to be. It was over crowded, no payouts and absolutely ZERO free drinks. There were two waitresses on the entire floor and were focused on the tables. There are no longer nice restaurants- feels more like an airport or train station. Would not return.

10/10 Borgata is the place to be
the staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly and everything is clean . Borgata is the place is where u wanna be. Its dog friendly, and kid friendly, and if u you lost the staff will show you where to go. Food is great too, and always alot of drawings if you go on those days

10/10 Amazing experience
Awesome place, great vibe, the indoor pool was great, the staffs were nice, the food court was okay. The premier party was amazing, I loved the Techno music and the drinks. The room was clean, they could improve on the shower quality though. Had aan amazing time.

Definitely my favorite place to stay at.
Their valet parking is the best around.
Bed was very comfortable making it one of the few places in AC that have comfy beds. Great restaurants and friendly staff. Gambling is basically the same as everywhere else.

10/10 Exceptional stay and smooth booking process, fees a bit high but that’s anywhere
Everything was wonderful. We did balloon service for my daughter for her 21st! We also did the room service for breakfast and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
