We were on the fourth floor so the business of the esplanade did not affect our stay. The one bedroom unit was the right size for us. The staff at the reception desk and the tour desk were friendly and helpful. We had hired a car so was using one of the designated parking bays. We did not book any tours as we were there for family resaons.Show More

The location right on the doorstep of the Esplanade was excellent. The staff were fantastic, after a long flight from Perth we got to the hotel at 6am just trying to unload our luggage at reception. ...The location right on the doorstep of the Esplanade was excellent. We were met by one of the cleaners who not only let us in to put our bags in the storage room but left a message for Reception to phone us once they had got in. We tried our luck for an early check in & the receptionist Kate was fantastic in not only getting us in early but went out of her way to make sure the room was ready for us by 9.30am Excellent service which was rewarded with a box of chocolates by us.Show More
