I was staying at the property while on a trip to Toronto for a conference. The price and location couldn't have been better. The suite was clean and the owners were very communicative. However, the...I was staying at the property while on a trip to Toronto for a conference. The price and location couldn't have been better. The suite was clean and the owners were very communicative. However, the building and the suite were not well maintained. The building is clearly very transient. The front security guards wore bulletproof vests, which was a bit disarming. The suite itself, while clean, was in disrepair. The couch was broken, a stool was broken, the bed was very lumpy, and a window and the patio door did not close properly, resulting in quite a lot of outside noise. The suite looked ok, if you didn't look too closely, and didn't have issues with sleep. A few basic comforts that I would expect in a hotel or Airbnb - facecloths, blackout curtains, and a coffee maker were not available. I might consider staying again for a short stay based on the price, but this would not be appropriate for a family or for a relaxing vacation.Show More

This was a little bit nerve racking as I had a late check in and was concerned that I would not have access to the property when I arrived at night. The bathroom floors were disgustingly dirty, but ironically the property charges a high rate for cleaning fees. It was hard to sleep at night as there are many lights from the city coming into the bedroom and living room through the blinds, as the blinds are missing multiple slates. I would not stay in this property again. Show More
