During my recent stay, my partner and I, both disabled and traveling with our service animals, used Hilton’s valet service ($75 per day, not including generous tips). When we picked up the car after checkout, I wasn’t feeling well and had a long drive home ahead, so unfortunately I didn’t realize the damage until I arrived home. I immediately contacted the hotel, but no managers were available at that time. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. No one responded. I had to call back repeatedly and leave several messages. The valet manager eventually returned my call but refused to take any responsibility. I have made numerous requests to speak with the general manager, yet again, and no one has reached out. The staff continues to interfere rather than directly address the issue, refusing to provide contact information for management. This situation reflects carelessness, neglect, and a complete lack of accountability. Hilton’s slogan may be “For the Stay,” yet my experience was defined by poor customer service and disregard for a loyal Diamond Member. Vahid was really nice as he checked me in and was very thorough. The restaurant at the top called Shelby’s was great the second night I was there. Aris was amazing! The last night I was there it was kind of slow I dont know why…. I love the red fridge in the room and the red doors throughout the hotel, I dont know why, but I really liked the whole look! Rooms are a bit small but that’s typical around Moscone Center.Show More

I travelled solo to San Francisco from Canada during the unpredictable Air Canada Strike. With poor communication from the airline my departure was still up in the air (No pun intended haha). Rebecca, and the gentleman at the front desk were absolutely incredible to work with. I have had soaring anxiety about all of this and they put me at ease immediately. They worked with me with all of the unexpected changes in such a professional and calming way. I can’t thank them enough, they took a huge weight off of my shoulders. Not to mention, the hotel is stunning! Very clean, and very gracious staff in all areas. Everyone was so approachable, and always had a smile on their face! The hotel is very focused on saving the planet with little things such as filtered water dispenser with a provided glass water bottle, recycled water used for toilets/faucets, and automatic lights. (I’m sure even more features that I didn’t even realize). Also can’t forget to mention, comfiest bed ever. If I return to SFO I would absolutely be staying here again, and would recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you to Canopy Hilton, and your incredible staff.Show More
