During my recent stay, my partner and I, both disabled and traveling with our service animals, used Hilton’s valet service ($75 per day, not including generous tips). When we picked up the car after checkout, I wasn’t feeling well and had a long drive home ahead, so unfortunately I didn’t realize the damage until I arrived home.
I immediately contacted the hotel, but no managers were available at that time. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. No one responded. I had to call back repeatedly and leave several messages. The valet manager eventually returned my call but refused to take any responsibility. I have made numerous requests to speak with the general manager, yet again, and no one has reached out. The staff continues to interfere rather than directly address the issue, refusing to provide contact information for management.
This situation reflects carelessness, neglect, and a complete lack of accountability. Hilton’s slogan may be “For the Stay,” yet my experience was defined by poor customer service and disregard for a loyal Diamond Member. I expect acknowledgment, honesty, and resolution—not silence and excuses.
