The chec...Came here for a staycation with my husband and baby, our baby turned 10 months just a day before our stay. We wanted to spend some quality time with him and do something special this weekend. The check-in process was smooth and efficient as I was contacted beforehand to do pre-check in. We were upgraded to the Sentosa Suite, which was a pleasant surprise :) the suite was also all set up with all required baby amenities - bottle sterilizer, baby bathtub and toiletries, a cot (with bumpers all nicely tied) and a high chair. The team also included some sweet treats in the room and personalized notes, which we appreciate very much. The bottle sterilizer was very clean, the inside actually looked brand new with no limescale at all, which to me says a lot about the high standard of cleanliness and service. The quality of food we had during our stay was excellent, from tea at the Living Room to our dinner at Bob's Bar to our breakfast at Fiamma. The digital concierge service is very useful in helping to answer any questions we have, and very convenient too. We also managed to have a dip in the pool with our son before checking out. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and look forward to coming back regularly as a little treat for our family :)Show More

We sign up for the paw staycation and enjoy ourselves in Capella facilities especially there are lots of greenery for my dog to enjoy himself in the open space. Despite that, I love the service level that Capella staff had given to us. Every one of the staff is very attentive to our needs, not only for the things we requested but also those things we did not pay notice. A good example, is one of the staff, willing to bend down and remove the twig at my pet paw after he enjoy his run in the garden, while we are busy waiting for grab. This small gesture speak louder than words, it really give us comfort as paw parent that the staff cares not only the human guest but also the pet guest. Very BIG THANK YOU to Capella blessings us a wonderful stay. Keep up the good 👍 work.Show More

Dining experience was amazing. One nice dinner plus all our morning breakfast were at Fiamma AND two dinners at Cassia!!! Service was immaculate !!! In Fiamma Shahie and his team were really good. Attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to make my family feel comfortable. For dinner, Sera was great in choosing our wines. Breakfast we had Melvin who thoughtfully remembered all our hot drinks. Cassia’s food was amazing we really enjoyed my mother’s birthday dinner there. Even the bell desk guys were very helpful like Elton. Both my elderly parents were on wheelchairs and besides the helpful staff the hotel had no issues at all with assess-ability with lifts and ramps. Love the team n the hotel. Thanks guys.Show More

From the moment we arrived at the beautiful “white castle,” Bun warmly greeted and escorted us to the restaurant, while Grace, Shahie, and the Chef came by to check in and make sure we were comfortable. The food was amazing so many great options and everything tasted incredible. The service felt so personal and genuine. A big thank-you to Cloe, Cassandra, and Ernita as well for showing us around the stunning property. Such a lovely and memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!Show More
