The location was great and the price was reasonable. What stood out to me was the amount of services included, this includes an onsen room, a sauna, several vending machines, a washing machine and really everything you might want when travelling. The staff are friendly and the location is central for all your needs. The capsule rooms exceeded my expectations. I was going into this with prior experience of staying in a hostel and my bar was set really low. The differences I found were: the capsules offer more privacy, they have much better soundproofing, they have a TV and headphones in case you're a light sleeper and someone close is snoring, they have their own charging port, adjustable lighting and free earplugs at the entrance. I have so many good things to say about this place that I probably missed a few in this review.Show More

There was one staff who spoke English and was kind and patient. The hotel is easy to navigate with just the right amount of space. The hotel has a modern design. There are plenty of clean toilets on same floor were the capsules, lockers and suitcase room are. There are vending machines with drinks. The atmosphere in general is relaxed and you can feel at home.Show More

Noticed that people drop a lot of papers and don’t bother to pick it up. There was always an available shower even though it was busy when I stayed and generally nice and isolated in your capsule.Show More
