I spent just one night here and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was infested with insects, including spiders crawling around, and dust and filth covered every corner. The bathroom was disgusting – the commode was full of waste when we arrived! Totally unacceptable. The curtains had fallen down, the bedsheets were dirty, and worst of all – they had used, unwashed comforters just lying there. No housekeeping service, no sense of hygiene or professionalism. At the check-in they showed me an awful room as my booking which were totally different from the ad pictures and then asked extra 10 bucks for more clean room, and I had to accept it. Even that room has no garbage bin, dirty bed sheets (thanks god I had my own clean sheets), the worst quality of toilet papers and soup and shampoo.
