The...We stayed one week at the Caravelle Saigon in Oct. 2025. We found it to be luxurious and historic. The room was on a higher floor with a great view of the river. It was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely huge! Didn't use the bathtub but the shower was great with lovely, high end bath products (shampoo, shower gel and conditioner and hand cream). The bed was a king with wonderful bed linens and a pillow menu. Housekeeping was on the ball and kept the room very clean and fresh. Breakfast buffet was HUGE. We really enjoyed the selection and ate there every morning. Staff were very helpful and friendly and worked very hard to make sure the guests were comfortable and got what they needed. I was appalled by the behavior of some of the other guests though. One group was so demanding. The staff handled it with grace which I'm sure wouldn't fly so much in other countries. The location was fantastic being a very short walk to walking street. The Opera house and the hop on hop off buses were right across the street. I would highly recommend an evening city tour on the hop on hop off (top seats) . It was a nice escape from the heat and humidity with a very cool view of the city lights. Ho Chi Minh has some very interesting buildings that are lit up at night. I had mentioned that we were there on our 35th anniversary and were pleasantly surprised by a dessert, card and rose petals on our arrival. I would have to say the best part of the hotel was the pool and the gym. We spent each afternoon lazing by the pool which was never crowded. The attendants were always there to help with anything we needed. My husband used the gym and said that it was probably one of the best hotel gyms he has used. It was very large and supplied fresh water, bananas and cool towels. Our last night we went up to the rooftop bar and had some very yummy drinks. I chose the Miss Saigon and loved it. On the way up to the bar there are some pictures and information about the news media who stayed at the hotel during the Vietnam war. We found this to be very interesting. I would highly recommend the Caravelle Saigon if you find yourself in HCMC.Show More

She sorts ou...My company has been dealing with Caravelle for quite some time now. I can say this is the best hotel in the whole of Saigon. Manager Châu Le is the best person our company has dealt with. She sorts out all our problems and arranges immediate solutions for our business team and investors. We have stayed at Caravelle over 15 times and we will continue to do so. The hotel is perfect for family, leisure, business or relaxation. The staff are extremely helpful. Phan Trong is also exceptional for supporting our company bookings and accomodation. I would like to sincerely thank Chau Le and Phan Trong for their continuing support and customer service. If you are looking for a hotel to stay in HCM whatever your needs are Caravelle hotel is simply the best. There are many good hotels but Caravelle is the best, the team is warm and accomodating for any needs. I would recommend 100% to anyone looking to stay in HCM. The hotel offers a perfect blend of classic charm and modern comfort, and everything from the rooms to the service was of very high quality. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, which made the entire experience feel smooth and welcoming. The facilities were clean, elegant, and well-maintained, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. If there is one thing I wish had been different, it is the lack of a welcome gift. At a hotel of this standard, I expected at least a small gesture such as a fruit plate or a simple treat to make guests feel especially welcomed. It may seem like a minor detail, but it did feel a bit stingy considering the otherwise luxurious experience. Despite that, I truly enjoyed my stay. Caravelle Saigon delivers comfort, quality, and excellent service, earning a well-deserved 5/5.Show More

The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located — but what truly made our experience unforgettable were our daily visits to the Signature Lounge. The staff there were simply next level. A huge thank you to Nhi, Oanfi, Kim, Ngan, Anh, and Thy for their warmth, professionalism, and incredible service. They not only made us feel so welcome each day but also went above and beyond with their thoughtful recommendations of traditional Vietnamese dishes (all delicious!) and their patient help teaching me to use chopsticks — I’m still in training! The Caravelle is already a wonderful hotel, but the team in the lounge turned a great stay into a truly special one. Highly recommended!Show More
