Tuttavia, Jordi si è dimostrato fin da subito estremamen...Durante il mio recente soggiorno, ho avuto un piccolo imprevisto legato alla prenotazione della camera presso la struttura inizialmente scelta. Tuttavia, Jordi si è dimostrato fin da subito estremamente professionale e disponibile: ha trovato rapidamente una soluzione proponendoci un’alternativa in un altro hotel della stessa catena, situato in una posizione molto comoda, e organizzando persino un taxi a loro carico per facilitarci il trasferimento. All’arrivo, siamo stati accolti da Cristina, che con grande efficienza ci ha guidati nelle procedure di check-in, fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili sulla struttura. In più, ci ha omaggiati con un voucher per gustare dello spumante, un gesto molto apprezzato. La struttura ci ha davvero colpiti: la terrazza è meravigliosa, con piscina, bar e comode sdraio, perfetta per rilassarsi. Le camere sono molto spaziose, dotate di ogni comfort, e il bagno è attrezzato sia con doccia che con vasca, una comodità in più. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, direi che alcune camere potrebbero beneficiare di qualche intervento di rinnovamento per essere ancora più accoglienti. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva grazie all’estrema gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff. De ...Gunstig gelegen hotel vlakbij het centraal station dat erg chique aandoet, het lijkt eerder 4 dan 3 sterren te zijn. Hadden een erg fijne kamer, met een lekker bed, goede airco, fijne douche, enz. De aanwezige koelkast was ook top. Alles supernetjes. Het zwembad op het dak met mooi uitzicht was ronduit super, hiervan enorm genoten. Echt perfect om tussendoor alle bezichtigingen in de stad, even lekker af te koelen. Waren er in augustus, dus dat was soms wel nodig. Wat verder ontzettend handig bleek, is dat één van de maar twee bushaltes waar beide lijnen van de toeristenbussen stoppen, zo ongeveer recht voor de deur ligt. En dit is geen drukke opstapplaats zoals elders soms wel, zo zaten we meestal vooraan bovenin de bus wat perfect is om alles goed te zien. Hadden geen ontbijt bijgeboekt omdat we elke ochtend vroeg vertrokken, dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen. Eetzaal zag er wel gezellig uit.Show More
