When I arrived ,staffs at front deck greeted me with warm smiles gave me check-in And made everything was very easy,thank again. My room was so cozy and clean ,the bed was so comfortable ,slept very well, I had dinner with Japanese restaurant inside the hotel ,name Hagi The staffs were attentive and the food tasted freshly made Especially the salmon and miso soap. What I love most was the atmosphere, even though I was traveling only with my friends I never felt lonely…. Staffs made me and my friends feel well take care . Talked about room to stayed I was upgraded to premier deluxe suite club by front office manager I would like to say thank you for him and his staff that taking care of me and my friend during a time that stay in a hotel even food in the Club lounge I enjoy the cocktail and small bites while I was watching the view of Bangkok. For breakfast me and my friend Visit the Chatuchak cafe , there were many choices My favorite was the fresh salad bar and Thai dishes and Indian dishes , it gave me good energy before I went to swimming. Overall, the hotel gave me, comfort, kindness, and one memories, especially the housekeeper staff very friendly almost smile,she work on my floor floor 21 today On 24 November, certainly I will return maybe next time if I have time available.Show More

My room on the 21st floor was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The living room was divided into sections, with a work desk and comfortable chair. The view from the window was 180 degrees of Bangkok. The housekeepers welcomed me warmly and took good care of me. If I needed anything, they were quick to find it. Another thing I liked was the lotion and soap with jasmine and rice scent. Most of the food here is delicious, and the waitstaff is very attentive. I particularly enjoyed the Indian food at Chatuchak Cafe, located on the lobby floor. The Biryani, an Indian-style curry served with rice, was delicious and fragrant with spices. Another dish was the chicken soup with pickled mustard green, which was perfectly balanced and not too sour. The Stir-fried Rice noodles with Soy Sauce and shrimp (Pad See Ew) was also delicious, although the shrimp weren't very fresh. The pool is relatively small, but shady and surrounded by trees. However, the water isn't very clear. The pool staff aren't very attentive to guests. When they ask for essential items, they have to remind them repeatedly. Overall, The food here is quite average, and some of the service needs a lot of improvement. However, I would still like to come back because the room is nice, clean, and in a convenient location.Show More
