We stayed for 3 nights which was originally booked though Booking.com as a superior twin room with no meal plan but were sold an upgrade on arrival to a similar room on a higher floor with access to t...We stayed for 3 nights which was originally booked though Booking.com as a superior twin room with no meal plan but were sold an upgrade on arrival to a similar room on a higher floor with access to the Lounge and breakfast for an extra £100 – and were glad we did Our room was located on the 26th floor facing west with long distance views across the city The room was comfortable and convenient and of a decent size – comfy beds – fridge – decent Wi-Fi – controllable air conditioning – sink in the room but separate toilet and wet room with bath and shower – the room was quiet The Lounge – located a couple of floors above us – was the real benefit – afternoon tea with an array of tasty morsels – evening cocktails and another extensive array of sweet and savoury nibbles – and breakfast cooked to order from a menu – almost became all inclusive In terms of location – the hotel is located on flat walkway that connects it to Namba Station – access to metro and Nankai trains to the Airport – we arrived at the main station and took the Midosuji line to Namba – around 10 minutes – and then a short walk to the hotel As ever there are convenience stores on almost every corner and there are shops and eateries in Namba station This is a very good hotel – well located for transport – the lounge was one of the best we have experienced and very good value for money – the staff as ever were very attentive and helpful – and I recommend this hotel – thank youShow More

Die Aussicht ist natürlich einmalig und jeden Tag neu zu geniessen. Neben einem etwas erhöhten Zimmer Preis bietet das Zimmer sehr viel. Loung Check In im 32 Stock inbegriffen. Dazu exclusiven Zutritt in der Lounge Bar/Restaurant. Hier gibt’s jeden Tag eine „Apero Time“ und verwöhnt den Gast mit Gratis Bewirtung (Selbstbedienung). Die Auswahl ist sehr gut und reichhaltig, ebenso das Frühstück das exklusiv den Gästen in den obersten Zimmern zur Verfügung steht. Es lohnt sich sehr, etwas mehr auszugeben. Die Belohnung ist einzigartig. Das Hotel ist vom Hauptbahnhof oder dem Flughafen am einfachsten mit einem der vielen günstigen Taxi zu erreichen. Das Centare ist einmalig gelegen und umgeben von geschätzten 500 Restaurants und ebenso vielen Geschäften aber auch schönen Shopping-Centern. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat uns verzaubert. Wir können das Centara Grand Hotel bestens weiter empfehlen.Show More

My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with modern amenities and a great bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. We had an hard time with the TV pairing and the staff were not helpful sadly. WiFi had issues reconnecting automatically everytime we entered the room so be careful with your data use. The lifts are either not programmed properly or just not all in service, there’s a lift problem sadly.Show More
