This was the worst experience in a rented property for my family. It was dirty, the water in the pool was cloudy and it smelled badly. We found cockroaches everyday and the property manager replied ou...This was the worst experience in a rented property for my family. It was dirty, the water in the pool was cloudy and it smelled badly. We found cockroaches everyday and the property manager replied our complaints on the 3rd day of our stay only. The communication is also confusing as there's multiple phone numbers and emails exchanged with the property manager. The issues made us checked out 2 days earlier than planned. Overall, this property needs a renew and refurbishing as everything is pretty old. I do not recommend it for anyone. Show More

After you give your credit card information it is then charged by Wonder Vacations and they charge a lot more. Unfortunately ours was non refundable so we were stuck. Then they charge a $400 deposit which they then fabricate damages to steal your deposit. Had I known who was the owner and could have reviewed them, I never would have rented this.
