Very old beautiful hotel. Room was ready early. We had a clogged sink and someone came to fix it immediately after notifying staff. Valets were awesome! Valets were awesome! Bed was comfortable. $40/day valet parking was unexpected. Coming from a much smaller city, we weren't familiar with having having to use Uber or public transportation which was much better in terms of parking at places we were seeing. We were used to driving everywhere ourselves and Montreal is so much bigger and parking seems to be an issue. Live and learn! The hotel doesn't have an elevator so if someone has mobility issues, this could be an issue. Breakfast was the same everyday and less than adequate in our opinion. Canned fruit cocktail, croissants, bread, cheese, ham, not sure if it was yogurt or cottage cheese and granola. The orange juice was very watered down. The location is great! Within walking to many restaurants and shops.Show More

It was warmer than expected, i had difficulty sleeping at night. We did not like the first room given to us in the third floor. The window of the room was looking at another wall and the room its already small. I felt a little bit claustrophobic. We got a new room in the fourth floor looking at the main street and it felt better. There is no elevator, we had to bring our things up. I am not sure this is a VIP experience. I was disappointed and I am in general an easy customer to please.Show More
