I got a deluxe room for comfort and roominess when we got there they put us in the smallest room that was worn down and it made me feel closed in, when I went back to checkin they told me that the roo...I got a deluxe room for comfort and roominess when we got there they put us in the smallest room that was worn down and it made me feel closed in, when I went back to checkin they told me that the room I booked was what I got, when I showed them my email confirmation and the picture it showed of the room they said that the website has the wrong picture up for what I booked expecting me to stay quite, after letting them know that I wasn't happy at all they offered to put me in an upgraded room but with no view because they said in that category room they don't have available at the time, so we accepted it, but it was also worn down less than the other one, the air-condition took forever to cool the room, there were stairs to the sleep area and closet, the safe didn't work, ants in the room. For the total amount of money I paid I was overcharged by $250/night this is more like if I paid for $135/night room. Show More

It’s very pretty when you walk in however the bathroom wasn’t clean and the wear on the shower floor is horrible.
