Amenties - There is no showel gel, shampoo or conditioner. You get a small round bar of soap for shower and basin. No glass cups only plastic disposable cups (not environmentally friendly at all). THATS IT House keeping - you have to call in the morning to get it serviced however it doesnt guarantee it being done. We had called 3 days in a row to get it cleaned, only for them to not show up and just hand us clean towels instead. Noisy thin walls - made a complaint about ppl next door screaming with loud tv on at 2am in the morning only to be told that they dont like confrontation and gave us the option of staying in another room. Service - they seemed nice at the start however they will scam you into giving you free tickets to shows, meal vouchers and gaming $$ if you attend this 1.5hrs seminar (which in fact took more than 2.5hrs, we found out that they get commission to get ppl to go attend however they make lie about their living status, relationship, finances etc). No customer service when checking in.. its all machine and you end up waiting a long time to get someone to help you. Cleaniness - is below average. Just be mindful to not have any expectations because u will be disappointed. Staff are not friendly. No smile, no greeting unless they want something from you. They dont really care. Its pretty simple and if you want a late check out you have to ask someone to assist. The resort fee is a bit high for what is offered. You get basic wifi at slow speeds and have to pay more for better speeds which i didnt appreciate. The room was very basic and didn't have hanf towels in the bathroom. I had to call housekeeping to get some. Only two very small bars of soap are offered and theres no lotion. No coffee maker or fridge in the room. Basically your just there to sleep. The bed was comfortable but the blankets offered were very thin and not very comfortable. There arent many good food options. The bagel spot in the court is probably the best. We did eat at thr pizza restaurant once and that was actually pretty good. Besides that we ate on the strip. Midway and Adventuredome was fun for the kids. They had a great time. Overall just an average hotel with quite a few extra fees.Show More

I never - in the three days we were here - saw security ONCE in the Manor hotel section. We were in building B, and the elevators shake and rattle like something out of a horror movie. Once in the room? It’s so bad. The wallpaper is peeling off, the bathroom had obvious signs of black mold, there was some sort of mystery stuff stuck on the wall, the window didn’t close all the way - I mean, this was such a bad experience!!! Not to mention, the safe doesn’t even work. People in the parking lot were outside screaming and partying until 4am. The *only* positive thing is that the beds and pillows are decently comfortable.Show More

The check out was at 11am and when I came to my room from breakfast to retrive my belongings before 11am, I couldn't use my room key anymore. I had to call, call desk to have someone from security to open my room. Luckily I saw a security guy rooming the floor and flagged him down, instead of waiting for a security to come to me, which who knows how long they could have taken. I know Circus Circus is not a 4 or 5 star hotel but I've atayed before and I've never had an issue like the one I experienced on Labor day weekend. I would have gone somewhere else but there were rooms at any of the MGM resorts or than were at my price range. Show More
