From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and accommodating — I was even able to check in before the official time, which was a lovely start to my stay. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I had some food and clothes stored in the luggage room, and everything was kept securely until I collected them. The housekeeping team was also very efficient — my room was always cleaned promptly, often by the time I finished my morning workout. The hotel features two swimming pools, both very nice, with one being an infinity pool overlooking a beautiful view — a relaxing place to unwind in the afternoon. The location is also a great advantage; it’s easy to get around using GrabBike or Gojek, and many shops and cafes are just a short ride away. The only small downside was that the nearby beach club could be quite loud at night, which might be noticeable if you’re a light sleeper. However, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of my stay. Overall, Citadines Bali offers great value, excellent service, and a convenient location — a wonderful choice for solo travellers looking for a comfortable and secure stay in Bali.Show More

Every time I visit Bali, Citadines is always my first choice. The staff was extremely warm and accommodating to all our needs. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and well organized — there was no waiting at all. The team was courteous and helped us settle into the room comfortably. The room itself was clean, well maintained, and came with a kitchenette, which was incredibly helpful while traveling with a small baby. All amenities were thoughtfully provided, and the overall experience was comfortable and stress-free. With its great location, excellent service, and family-friendly setup, Citadines is a place I would highly recommend and happily return to.Show More
