Very bad location and terrible front desk service. They lied as I was charged twice for parking, when the reservation indicated that there was 1 public parking allowed per guest. They charged the car...Very bad location and terrible front desk service. They lied as I was charged twice for parking, when the reservation indicated that there was 1 public parking allowed per guest. They charged the card I used for the deposit to charge me again for parking after I had paid at the front desk. After waiting for the refund for over 2 weeks IT NEVER CAME, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. DO NOT PAY CASHShow More

Flies everywhere, hallways smell of piss, bed sheets were stained ev...I’m a solo traveler and do not require much in terms of comfort, amenities etc.. However the conditions of this hotel were extreme. Flies everywhere, hallways smell of piss, bed sheets were stained everywhere with burn holes all over it. Floor wasn’t vacuumed, night stands don’t have drawers. I wasn’t going to leave a negative review until the manager started yelling at me. I had paid for another night (or so I was told). Later there was hard knocking with a lady yelling Spanish (I don’t speak Spanish unfortunately). I figure it was housekeeping so I yelled that I was okay. Come to find my card key didn’t work. Not a problem. There was a sign on the lobby door that said out for lunch, be back in 30 minutes. Again, not a problem. I was waiting. Manager comes up and begins yelling at me that I was disturbing her lunch by standing there. I tried to explain how I don’t speak Spanish and thought I had everything sorted out and I was just waiting for her to get back. But she didn’t seem to want to hear anything I had to say. It was shocking to be honest to see someone as unhelpful as her. I’ve rarely experienced such poor service. I felt obligated, therefore, to write this and tell everyone to stay away.Show More

He told us t...First, when we arrived the gentleman at the front desk notified us that unfortunately most rooms did not have functioning key card readers; therefore we would not be receiving a key card. He told us that he would be opening the door for us with a master key every time we wanted to get back into the room. The lock on the room door was broken so we had to literally wedge a chair against the door handle for security. The room was dirty, the sheets all had cigarette burns, the shower head did not work and we had to bathe with a cup using the water from the lower faucet. The hallways and staircases all smelled of urine, the elevators were only for show since they were non operational. The roof in the shower was falling apart due to a leak they had. This is the worst experience in a hotel in my entire life.Show More

extremely dangerous place, it has all the signs of break-in, the furniture is all smoked from cigarettes and the smell in the room is unbearable. this hotel looks like a drug shelter with no rules. ...extremely dangerous place, it has all the signs of break-in, the furniture is all smoked from cigarettes and the smell in the room is unbearable. this hotel looks like a drug shelter with no rules. the pillows have no pillowcase, sheets were never washed, covered with holes everywhere made by cigarettes. the bathroom was dirty and the shower didn't stop dripping. the air conditioner does not work nor the heater. the broken windows with plywood to cover up, impossible to lie down on a bed that looks like it's never been cleaned. there are cockroaches!!!! it's definitely the worst place I've ever seen. unfortunately it has nothing to do with the photos on the site. flee. this hotel is a deception does not look like the photos!Show More
