Das Zimmer war sehr gross und wir hatten genügend Platz, um die grossen Koffer auszubreiten. Kurz nach dem Check-In klopfte es an der Tür und wir erhielten eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses zum Knabbern. Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen und mit dem hauseigenen Zugang zur Victoria Station hat man kurze Wege. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Drinks an der Bar sind super und es gibt in der Lobby den wohl kleinsten Starbucks der Welt. Von anderen Hotelgästen hörten wir grundsätzlich nichts und es war allgemein praktisch kein Lärm zu hören.Show More

My wife and I dealt with Anna Marie at the front desk who was great along ...The Clermont Hotel Victoria Station was excellent. The hotel itself feels like you are in a mansion so elegant & beautiful. My wife and I dealt with Anna Marie at the front desk who was great along with Kamel. Jericho was also fantastic assisting us with luggage and anything else. The restaurant at the hotel the Soak was very good with a good selection of food & drink and hosted by Marita who was funny & charming. Breakfast was great with many selections in food & drink. The rooms were very very clean as were the hallways and stairs. The location was perfect next to the tube and train and walking distance to Buckingham Palace and many other sites. Anytime I return to London this will be my stay !!!!Show More
