Signing in was a breeze as i completed most of it online before l left the UK. [ recommend doing this] Location is excellent [ sitting on an elevated site with OLD town on 1 side & NEW on the other. Beach a 5 min stroll. Entrance was nice and calm makes one feel relaxed and inviting. Our room was on the 12th floor and everything was as i had seen from their advertisement. [ spacious and views of the pool, sea & local area. The sun greeted us every morning. Our deal was B&B . The choice for breakfast is amazing they do offer an array of fresh foods. No matter your perference you will find a choice to suit.[ if not loads of english establishments near by] I alway avail of the local produce as its good to get the taste buds activated with different styles. One thing that I feel is needed are more machines for the tea & coffee as always a queue then the hot breakfast is getting cold before the coffee arrives. The outside space is also excellent, plenty of seat & loungers available with bar service if required. Bar prices were in keeping with the surrounding competion. I believe overall for my wife and I we got a great deal. Well worth it. Overall if you do try this hotel you won't be disappointed. Reception, bar& restaurant staff excellent. I didn't mention the housekeeping staff it's because i never seen them & they visited our room every day.Show More

What an amazing hotel we were supposed to be staying in an apartment 5 mins away but had to move due to it not being accessible with all the steps due to my wife's mobility issues but so glad we were ...What an amazing hotel we were supposed to be staying in an apartment 5 mins away but had to move due to it not being accessible with all the steps due to my wife's mobility issues but so glad we were moved the staff were amazing the food was very good with loads of choices the rooms were also very good they gave us a room with a walk in shower and plenty of storage for our stuff also had a nice veranda to sit out and have a drink or play cards the air conditioning is very also good it also has a safe but u have to pay xtra for that the rooms are very clean and they clean the room and change the towels every day the gym is good only small but everything u need had a nice sized pool outside with loads of sun loungers and parasols it's only 5 mins from the old town centre and 10 mins from Levante beach would highly recommend this placeShow More

The food is very good, we sometimes wonder when we read other reviews about the food whether it was from this hotel because we have never had a bad meal in all the years of coming. The staff are still as engaged and friendly as ever, the hotel is still super clean and the location great for the old town. It was fiesta week during our stay so lots of music, fireworks, parades and everything Spanish and fancy dress day in the English side of town and then the Half Marathon, so if your coming during the Spanish fiesta don’t expect lots of sleep 😂 but it is a fantastic time of year. We can’t praise the staff enough during this time as the hotel is busy but they are still great with everyone.Show More

The service on arrival and all through our stay was exceptional. We stayed half board and the food was amazing plenty to choose from and everything was beautiful. Our room was very clean and the maid refreshed daily but if you don’t want it doing there is a sign to leave out on the door. Location was ideal for old town and new town and only 10 min walk to the beach. For day trip I highly recommend the zoo we want and had a lovely day plus there is easy access to taxi’s outside. When I return to Benidorm I would definitely be staying at same hotel.Show More
