This w...I arrived at the hotel early, and I asked for my room. The front desk told me it wasn’t ready yet, so I had to wait. No problem, I used this time to go outside and visit a few excellent places. This was my first time in London. I arrived again around 7 pm, I did the check-in, and when I wanted to use the bathroom, I found the WC covered with poop. I called the front desk to explain the situation, and they sent a cleaning staff member. However, the room now smells of toxic chemicals, and I'm pretty picky about it. I always try to avoid being exposed to chemicals. I went to the front desk, and they offered to change to another room, but the new room didn't have a desk. I was there for work purposes, obviously, I refused to do it. I stayed there for three nights, and despite asking to speak with the hotel manager five times, I was unable to do so. It seems that this individual is aware of all the problems his hotel is facing, yet he refuses to address the situation. It's a shame. I have stayed at Club Quarters around the world, and this is the first time I have had an issue like this. More than the cleanliness issue, the lack of professionalism from the manager is what makes me wonder if I should return to these places in the futureShow More

Stanza moderna, dotata di tutti comfort. Bagno molto grande e doccia accogliente dotata sia di shampoo che di balsamo che di bagnoschiuma, oltre anche alla fornitura di crema corpo/mani sempre messa disposizione dell’hotel. Ogni piano dotato di un distributore gratuito di acqua naturale sia fredda che temperatura ambiente e fornito anche di bottigliette di plastica vuote da poter utilizzare liberamente, molto utili soprattutto per chi sta in giro tutto il giorno e visti anche i prezzi esorbitanti dell’acqua nei vari ristoranti/baracchini. Check-in possibile a qualsiasi ora grazie alla presenza di tablet in cui poterlo fare autonomamente e in maniere rapidissima, con la possibilità di essere aiutati a qualsiasi orario, dal receptionist sempre presente. Lovely, clean room and the bed and pillows were so comfy. We stayed in 601 which was next to the lift, which you could hear from the bathroom but did not affect our stay. Ideally we would have liked one floor up so we could see out of the window! This is a minor complaint but I feel that in a 4* hotel there would be a few complimentary biscuits but there was only a box full of goodies which you had to purchase. I have two complaints that there is no reception desk as you enter the building, although the gentleman that booked us in when we arrived was lovely but didn't actually explain to us where the restaurant etc were. We had complimentary cards given to us for a drink each and when we redeemed these the person serving us flicked his eyes to his colleague which I found extremely rude. My other complaint was that there was someone else's underwear in our wardrobe! When I spoke to the House Manager she apologised but didn't seem overly bothered! Overall a lovely stay but will we return? Maybe not as I feel the one good thing is the room size and not much else.Show More
