I chose Coco De Heaven on Jan 17 & 18, There is CCTV & Parking available inside the fence. On 18 Jan after 10 am, I came back to hotel after breakfast, I left my phone on my moped's pocket for less th...I chose Coco De Heaven on Jan 17 & 18, There is CCTV & Parking available inside the fence. On 18 Jan after 10 am, I came back to hotel after breakfast, I left my phone on my moped's pocket for less than 30 seconds. I came back to pick it up in less than a minute. My cell phone was stolen. I requested front desk for CCTV coverage and I was told CCTV is not working. I went through my room and requested room service, I never received room service. Staff regularly relocate the bikes and mopeds to make more parking space. There was no public present in the parking lot when I came. Ninja 250 belonging to staff who was going home was parked beside my moped. Person who took my cell phone removed the SIM Card & as result I could not locate. Police mentioned since there was no CCTV working, which is rare for a good hotel, It would be hard to locate the phone. I requested to talk to manager, but supervisor states he is on vacation. There was no responsibility and no search conducted. I offered a large reward to staff if they can provide my cell phone. I believe the individual who has my cell phone knew who I was and works within the premise. As a traveller, I would reccommend to be careful at Coco de heaven for your belongings. Especially when staff knows there is no CCTV and accountability. I was very disappointed by lack of customer service. I did check out of worst nightmare. Management does not want to follow up. I have been contacting for more than a week :(Show More
