This is in the bottom 10 of ~1,000 establishments, and considering the price relative to other hote...I've traveled to 50 countries and stayed in countless hostels, dingy guesthouses, budget home-stays. This is in the bottom 10 of ~1,000 establishments, and considering the price relative to other hotels within blocks, it rates even poorer. The room wasn't ready even though it was mid/late afternoon. I waited half an hour. There was very little ventilation in the damp and dim lit hallways and the dark red carpets were stained black around the edges. Several of the lights in the room were out / bulbs broken. It was absolutely disgusting. Stains and cigarette burns all over, on the carpet, on the wood furniture surfaces. The mini refrigerator didn't work, tried everything, and there was black crud and food residue inside and it smelled of rot. The toilet leaked and it smelled musty and moldy. The tub and shower had spotting and stains from the last guest. The bed was missing a corner leg and the whole thing tipped if I slept off center.Show More
