Ils sont également à l'écoute, par example avant d'arriver j'avais demandé une chambre avec vue à la Skytree (chose que je recommande) on l'a eu sans soucis, 10 ème étage, et quelle belle expérience de la voir depuis sa chambre au réveil et avant dormir la nuit illuminée. L'équipe de nettoyage des chambres est adorable, on à pas voulu de service de chambre tous les jours mais ils nous laissaient toujours des sacs avec des remplacements pour tout. Le plus important, l'emplacement à côté la sortie du metro arrêt Kiyosumi qui connecte 2 lignes (E-Z) qui arrivent pratiquement partout à Tokyo. Et la cerise du gâteau : le Family Mart juste à l'entrée de l'hôtel, parfait pour les achats en arrivant la nuit après la journée en ville. Également 7 eleven et Lawson a 3 minutes à pied. Le jardin Kiyosumi est a moins de 10 à pied, visite obligée de ce majestueux jardin.En résumé l'hôtel donne un excellent service, très propre, très bien situé dans un cartier calme et ça fait plaisir d'y être. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel pour aider à que mon séjour avec ma Maman soit inoubliable.Show More
