Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and given our room key and told were we could park. The first night we got a room on the 1st floor and it was a bit small but clean, comfortable and did the job. Shuttle to airport was good. The room we got when we returned again was on the main floor, different area. This time though the beds mattresses were uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the middle area of both and the bathroom, even though cleaned well had a musty odor. You could clearly hear the people above us talking as well. Staff were very friendly, shuttle upon return was quick to come after a call and driver was very friendly. We would use this hotel again.Show More

After waiting for 49 minutes, I left. Breakfast takes forever for there's only ONE person waiting tables. There's no help yourself but rather wait for the waiter to show up and wait for your order to materialize. Some front desk personnel very argumentative and rude. The manager had a professional attitude and attempted to resolve the tv issue. It's unlikely that I would return to this joint. Hotel Sandman -just across the street- excels Comfort Inn in every field.Show More

Absolutely a nightmare the shuttle drove past people waiting when called were told 25 mins. Called an uber and they called directly back and said they were at the airport. Finally when I got the air port I was greeted by trash in my room damaged furniture and flies oh so many drain flies. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed with my bag as a pillow. The staff were too busy chatting casually on the phone to address any customers when checking out. Next time I will sleep in the airport or get my own hotel do not accept this hotel from air Canada.Show More
