Stay Was Absolutely Terrible, Staff Was Terrible Always Hanging And Lounging In The Back Room On Their Phones With No Bell To Get Anyone’s Attention So You’re Standing There Until You Have To Yell Int...Stay Was Absolutely Terrible, Staff Was Terrible Always Hanging And Lounging In The Back Room On Their Phones With No Bell To Get Anyone’s Attention So You’re Standing There Until You Have To Yell Into The Back One Staff Member Was Extremely Rude It Was Never A Time I Went To Front Desk And Someone Was Standing Their Attentive, Rooms Were Gross Had Dead And Alive Roaches I’ve Never Been To A Hotel Facility That Didn’t Have Towel Service The Room Were Equipped With Towels One Night After That We Literally Had To SCAVENGE For Towels! From Requesting Some Stained But Cleanish Towels From Room Service Who Couldn’t Understand NOT A WORD Of English Which Made The Stay Worse Cause It’s Not Their Fault But How Will Guests Be Able To Request Things From People They Don’t Understand ?! Then The Staff Went Down Into The Basement To Retrieve Some Towels That Look Like Industrial Kitchen Cleaning Towels With Lint Balls And Stripes Decorating Them Far From Your Normal Average Plain White Hotel Service Towel And Expects You To Use Them On Your Face And Body ? Extremely Gross The Facility Had Exposed Live Wire, Water Damage With Cause Molding, And Painted Over Fire Sprinklers Which I’m Pretty Sure Is A Fire Hazard… Of Course It Was Filthy Candy Wrappers And Bags In The Stairwells Overall Would Not Recommend Not Worth The Time Nor Peaceshow more
