Besides the duvet having many rips ...the Air condition in our room was exactly beside one of the bedheads. Night one we didnt get much sleep and had to sleep with our heads by the foot of the bed the...Besides the duvet having many rips ...the Air condition in our room was exactly beside one of the bedheads. Night one we didnt get much sleep and had to sleep with our heads by the foot of the bed the following night. The kitchen staff aren't attentive. Guests have to clean up tables for themselves. Staff was seen removing garbage bin lid. Emptying garbage metal cannister from the tea station into the garbage bin (knocking/resting it directly in the opened main garbage where its touching all the past breakfast garbage that was dumped before). That emptied metal cannister was placed back on the tea station table (not sanitized or even wiped). That same staff went into the kitchen and within seconds (literally) appeared with a food container of bacon that was added to the bacon on the buffet line. (All of this in the same gloves since touching and opening the garbage bin etc.).in addition to roofing tiles loose or half opened, Dining room isnt properly cleaned or swept. The pool room has a loose set of rails to enter the pool. There is a large infrastructure that is surrounded by alot of dark muck and it covered by a very dirty, filthy and discoloured material exactly beside the hot tub. (Its obvipusly been there for while based on at the gunk surround the foot of it). There is a bit of rubbery mterial just bundled up exactly at the other side of the hot tub / in the walkway (looks like the cover). Show More

We had to check in late so we didn’t really get a chance to do a full room review before going to bed cause it was dark and the rooms are very poorly lit, but once we woke up in the morning and I open...We had to check in late so we didn’t really get a chance to do a full room review before going to bed cause it was dark and the rooms are very poorly lit, but once we woke up in the morning and I opened the blinds, there was mould on the ceiling and the wall was peeling And the bed skirt hat stains all over them, and it just was very humid when I brought it up to the front desk as well as hotels.com hotels.com was more understanding than the front desk was they had attempted to move us into a different room upgrade free of charge Which would’ve been fine but once you walked into the room, you were hit with a wall of humidity and again very poorly, lick one small window in the corner of the room, which wasn’t anywhere near the bed or anything. It was just a very bad experience my child and I did not feel safe walking to her car or leaving the building or even being in the building. Show More

Parking was pretty good actually, never had an issue. We got the King size bed Jacuzzi Room and yeah its literally what you'd think what a hotel room design looks like. Layout out could've been thought better, couch and the bed was literally in switched spots, so the bed is closer to the door which was a little weird, fun was a little restricted because of this. on the way to the breakfast area we past a couple house keeping attendants and didn't even smiled or said good morning even a simple "hello" was never heard. The other employee we saw was riding the elevator, she was us walking towards the elevator and didnt even hesitate on holding the door for us, instead, she looked down and pulled out her phone and started scrolling, again, no greeting at all. Pool is a wading pool can’t swim in in it but little kids would have a blast I’m sure. Staff were excellent and the doors are locked after a certain time to keep the bums out lol. Breakfast was ok typical Continental they used to have a really good Chinese restaurant there but closed for Reno’s right now. But lots of other great restaurants within walking distance. Definitely give this one a try. Show More
