The location was great, there is a shuttle going from the airport to just 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel. I read a lot of review, some of them negative with a lot of complaints. I read a lot of review, some of them negative with a lot of complaints. Looks like people choose to pay for 3 star hotel in the downtown and expect to get 5 star all inclusive experience. This is 3 STARS hotel. Yes, the facility is "tired", yes, it needs some renovations, yes, it is not the fancy one. But, it has everything that supposed to be in the hotel. The bed is comfortable and clean, the air conditioner works, the bathroom is clean and in working condition, TV, fridge - everything works. The breakfast was included. I like to have a breakfast in the hotel instead figuring out where to eat first thing on the morning. . Eggs, sausage, waffles - traditional continental breakfast. Yes, the breakfast room was small, but we were able to find a table every time.There are a lot of cafeterias within walking distance if you want something different. Reception staff was nice and friendly. Overall, the hotel provided everything that 3 star hotel supposed to provide.Show More

The hotel and rooms are clearly a bit dated, mostly clean but starting to look bad with stained and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, however rooms were cleaned well. Breakfast was included but would not recommend as it was incredibly crowded, chaotic trying to get food, and no room in the breakfast area to sit. Valet parking was also mentioned and while someone does helpfully guide you to their offsite lot, you need to go with them and walk back, as well as pick up your own car when leaving so it is not real valet service. Overall great location and solid place for a nights sleep, but it is dated and amenities are lackingShow More
